Arby's has appointed Jenna Bromberg as chief marketing officer, effective Nov. 2, per a company blog post. The executive will lead all marketing efforts at the Inspire Brands chain, with a focus on accelerating profitability, engaging consumers and marketing the brand through personalized digital experiences and “culinary storytelling,” per the post.
“Jenna brings a powerful blend of creative brand-building and commercial leadership,” David Graves, Arby’s brand president, said in a statement. “She has a strong track record of driving growth, building meaningful consumer connections, and developing culturally relevant marketing that delivers results.”

Bromberg was most recently CMO at Papa Johns, where she led marketing, product and commercial strategy for the pizza chain's North American business. She oversaw a successful tie-up with Disney and Pixar around “Toy Story 5” but left the company in August after less than two years in the role. Previously, she served in senior marketing roles at Yum Brands, Carter’s and Hilton.
“Arby’s has a rich heritage and an exceptionally dedicated fanbase. The brand’s willingness to disrupt category norms and stand apart from competitors is what makes this opportunity so compelling; it’s a marketer’s dream,” Bromberg wrote on LinkedIn.
Inspire Brands, which also owns Dunkin’, Baskin-Robbins, Buffalo Wild Wings, Arby’s, Jimmy John’s and Sonic, in May indicated that it was considering an initial public offering. The franchise holding company formed in 2018 when Arby's merged with Buffalo Wild Wings.
Arby's this year has marketed menu items and a new loyalty program by teaming with reality TV stars Caleb McDaniel and Angie Katsanevas, respectively.
