Codelia all in one content platform was born from a concrete, real need, personally experienced by its founder Edoardo Valenza. It’s a unique tool, capable on its own of automating the entire workflow.
From a personal need, the vision for a universal project aimed at improving the modus operandi of marketing agencies and realities of the digital landscape.
‘I felt trapped,’ recounted Edoardo Valenza, ‘torn between several tools and busy overcoming limits imposed by platforms that did not meet my needs.
Mind and hands were racing, and a ballast was slowing me down. I wanted to optimise time. I was looking for something that would allow me to be as operational as I felt I could be. I created it!’
Codelia by reducing the number of tools to be used during the process, automating tasks and enabling team members to operate and collaborate on one platform, speeds up and facilitates the work of creators.
The result is more time for the team to devote to valuable elements: listening, discussion, external input. In addition to efficiency, in contexts where multiple tools are used, Codelia also cuts costs.
Launched in October 2022, it is currently the only solution on the market capable of unifying the entire content flow, from conception to creation, including publication.
Automated competitor and trend analysis, integrated analytics, integration of functionalities for content ideation (keyword finder, search suggestions, trending topics analysis, competitor analysis), with the possibility of conforming the study according to geographic area, language, search mode, and saving the content idea for sharing with the team.
The content creation part is made easy by modelling content templates. Omnichannel publishing is among the most interesting functions: Codelia supports no-code integrations, using Zapier, - of which Codelia is an official partner - with all social media and thousands of other platforms.
All in a single workspace that allows sharing of briefs, work notes, ideas, editorial calendars, tracking of tasks, identification of contact persons for a project, and every function imaginable to optimise the work of content agencies.
‘I wanted to create something extremely useful,’ said Edoardo, ‘and to do that I needed to identify the real problems encountered by marketers and creators. To perfect Codelia, I started from community testing, tightening the funnel more and more, I carried out surveys trying to bring out certain pain points that the platform should have solved. Finally,’ he continued, ‘I administered direct interviews to get feedback on Codelia’s usability.’
The uniqueness of this made-in-Italy platform derives from the fact that it was born from the needs felt by those who, on a daily basis, interface with a multiplicity of tools and experience the difficulties associated with fragmented work. Hence the reflections to develop effective functionalities capable of avoiding continuous interruptions in the workflow.
‘When I started, Codelia was not yet a company with a product,’ Edoardo specified, ‘because the first version of the platform was not intended to be distributed on the market. Then the intuition, and from there months of investigations, tests, adjustments.
What stimulated me significantly was the dialogue with the people.’ ‘And now,’ he concluded, ‘I already have plans to implement Codelia in the near future: content creation and processing functionalities via AI.’
