Canvs AI, the leading text analytics platform for consumer insights and CX, today announced a new connector for the Forsta Survey platform (formerly FocusVision Decipher). With this integration, Forsta Survey users can import responses to open-ended questions, along with relevant cross-tab data, directly into Canvs for analysis. This latest integration follows Canvs’ introduction of the connector to Qualtrics earlier this year.

Using the connector requires no coding. Users with a Forsta Surveys / Decipher account simply authenticate with their API credentials to establish the initial connection. Once configured, users can select a Decipher survey to import into Canvs, with the ability to define which open- and close-ended responses are made available for analysis as part of Canvs’ guided import workflow.
The connectors to both Decipher and Qualtrics are now available for all Canvs MRX users by selecting the import option within the Canvs MRX Uploader.
