It did seem a bit odd on the surface that Yahoo would acquire a seven-person technical recruiting startup, but given the founders' history as part of the startup team at Tapjoy, the move makes sense. Yahoo has been ramping up its mobile efforts with partnerships like the recent deal with Mocean Mobile and the inclusion of mobile in the new Yahoo Mobile Ad Manager.
