• Twitter has announced a new feature that will allow users to tag up to 10 other users in photos without having to use the users' handles in the post's text. 
• This means users won't have to use any of their 140 characters to let others know a photo has been posted of them, or that a photo has been posted that someone wants them to see.  
• The social network is also adding a feature to allow up to four photos per tweet.

Being able to do so on a photo without using any of the available 140 characters opens new possibilities for engagement.
