Naylor's deep roots with the Hulu platform may be his big asset in helping to rebuild its sales organization. At NBC Universal, Naylor was responsible for some of Hulu's earliest ad deals. The platform, industry, and competition have obviously changed quite a bit from those early days, but Naylor should be able to adapt.
