• JWT has hired Lynn Power, former president of Arnold, as its new managing director. 
• Power's responsibilities will be shared with Claire Capeci, the firm's current managing director.
• The new hire follows the recent departure of JWT's North American CEO, Peter Sherman, for Omnicom. 

Dive Insight: 

It's refreshing to see a female leadership team in an often male-dominated field. JWT certainly isn't slowing down due to Sherman's departure. Power's demonstrated leadership abilities from her time at other agencies will server her well in this new position.
