Dive Insight:
Even though many brands are pulling hacking stunts on Twitter, no brand would be foolish enough to post a pornographic image. What's surprising is that US Airways doesn't have any software or policies in place to review tweets before they are posted. Right now, the marketers and PR pros at US Airways are living a nightmare, but like so many other things on the Internet, this will hopefully soon blow over.
