• Chris Brown, CEO of DDB Group Australia, has been appointed as the new CEO of DDB New York. 
• Brown will answer to former DDB New York CEO Peter Hempel, who is being promoted to chairman of a new structure system for the shop that includes DDB New York, Uproar @ DDB, DDB Remedy, Tribal Worldwide New York,Roberts & Langer DDB, and Spike DDB.
• The restructuring is meant to allow easier collaboration between the agencies under the umbrella.
