Dive Insight:
Contactually, a DC-based software and service company, rolled out a new feature, Content Libraries, that provides marketers access to existing content and systems. The new feature includes four elements: email templates, buckets, programs and pipelines.
“We’ve scoured the world (or at least the Contactually user base) to find the best email templates, Buckets, Programs, and Pipelines, and put them at your disposal,” Ankur Patel, product marketing manager, said in a Contactually blog post. “With just a few clicks, you can add high quality, pre-made content directly to your account — no configuration, testing, or guessing required.”
Email templates are hand curated from Contactually’s engaged users and presented in a ready-to-use format. The Bucket library segments contacts by industry, Programs are one of the more advanced tools that the new libraries option makes easier to use for lead nurturing, and Pipelines helps marketers keep track of different processes going on within a sales pipeline.
