- According to the a report from Diana Huff and KoMarketing Associates, 68% of B2B buyers say a vendor's address and contact information is critically important to the site — 55% say they will leave a site if it's not available.
- Email is the most popular form of contact, with 81% of respondents saying they preferred that method.
- After contact info, B2B buyers say pricing is next in importance, with 43% of buyers calling it a "must have."
Dive Insight:
While this may not be a groundbreaking report, it does bring to light how simple issues can affect a B2B buyer and vendor relationship. The fact that so many respondents placed high value on contact information means that some vendors are not supplying it — or not supplying it in the way buyers would prefer. For example, only 39% of buyers preferred to use a contact form, but it's the most common contact info provided by vendors. That's a disconnect that could be easily remedied.
