It's not an unusual move to consolidate work to a single agency for the sake of convenience and a cohesive vision. E-Trade recently moved all of its business to Ogilvy and Microsoft is looking to consolidate 80% of its business to one or two holding companies. Sometimes, it's easier to create a solid brand if you have one agency performing all of the work, and Bissell recognizes this.
